On February 15, 2011，SHPC与SHARP signed a comprehensive technical cooperation agreement in Shanghai ，SHPC plan to establish PCB production base in Zhenjiang RunZhou industrial park，main business is rigid and flexible PCB.The project totally invested  15 million RMB,after completed annual sales will up to 100 million RMB.
 

 The signing ceremony was held in ShanghaiSHPC.The general manager Zhao jingkai、SHARP company representative all made a speech in the ceremony.Marketing supervisor Xinjingjing presided over the signing ceremony.
 

 In March 2013,SHPC had send technical backbone to Japan SHARP company for study.Factory has been built ,equipments had also been installed and debugged at the end of 2012,then put into production.
