Double-sided PCB board copy board method:
1·Scan Upper and lower surface circuit board, save the two BMP images；
2·Open the copy board software Quickpcb2005, click "File,""Open map" to open a scanned image.Using PAGEUP enlarge the screen to see the pad, place a pad by PP, see line by PT traces.Like a child tracing, as in the software where to draw again, click "save" to generate a file B2P.
3·Then click "File", "Open base map" to open another layer of scanning color pictures.
4·hen click "File", "Open" to open a previously saved file B2P, we see a good board just be copied,stacked on top of this picture.The same PCB board with a hole at the same location, but different line connection.So we press "Options" - "Layer Settings" in the top line here and turn off the display screen, leaving only the layers of vias.
5·Through-hole vias on the top floor and the bottom of the picture in the same position, we now like childhood, like tracing, profiling the bottom line on it.Then click "Save" - then there will be a document of B2P top and bottom layers of information.
6·Point "File", "Export to PCB file", you can get a two-layer PCB data file, you can then change the plates or re-send the schematic or PCB plate to factory direct production.
